The cost estimates provided by Costorie are intended for informational and planning purposes only. They are not binding quotes. Actual costs will vary based on your specific location, contractor rates, material availability, and unforeseen project conditions.
3. No Contractor Relationship
Costorie is an independent estimation tool. Using our calculators does not establish a client-contractor relationship. We do not perform home improvement services nor do we guarantee the pricing of any third-party contractors you hire.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Costorie and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
